Maryland Fletcher Football Club is committed to ensuring that the safety, welfare and well-being of children and young people is always maintained during their participation in football sporting and recreation activities conducted by the Club.

MEMBER PROTECTION POLICY

Maryland Fletcher Football Club is committed to providing an environment that is safe for children, adult players and other participants in Club activities and is free from harassment, bullying, discrimination, and abuse.

Respectful, positive behaviour and values are at the core of Maryland Fletcher Football Club.

WORKING WITH CHILDREN CODE OF CONDUCT

Treat everyone with respect and honesty - children, young persons, parents, legal guardians, volunteers, referees, etc.

Remember to be a positive role model to children in all your conduct with them.

ALCOHOL MANAGEMENT POLICY FOR JUNIORS

Alcohol Management Policy and provides the basis for a balanced and responsible approach to the use of alcohol at Maryland Fletcher Football Club events and activities involving juniors

SMOKE FREE POLICY

Accordingly, the following policy shall apply to all members, administrators, officials, coaches, players, spectators, visitors, and other volunteers and/or staff of the Club
